Refund policy

In order to initiate a return please contact us at hello@bloomtobottle.com

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product you may contact us for a full refund less shipping costs within 15 days of the initial purchase date. We will request feedback regarding the product in question in order to properly process the refund request.

Any orders shipped back without previous consent will not be eligible for a refund.

We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing hemp extracts. If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide. If you purchased the wrong product we will offer a return or exchange once we receive the unopened bottle. Per our refund policy, we require the return of any open or unopened product that is being refunded. Acrely Farms stands behind our products 100%. This return policy does not apply to wholesale purchases. 

All products carry a 15-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, please follow these guidelines to receive a refund.

  1. Contact Acrely Bloom to Bottle: hello@bloomtobottle.com within 15 days of purchase.
  2. Provide feedback regarding your return.
  3. Mail back product in question with your name and order number included.
  4. Once we receive your product a refund will be given.

We cannot offer a refund on any products purchased from third party websites or retailers. If you purchased our product through a third party distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange. Refunds will not be given on products that are defective due to personal negligence. These products should be stored at room temperature and out of reach of pets and children.
